There are some things that I will only buy the brand name of…Q tips are always one of those products. They are incredible. They have so many great uses. I use them to clean many things and get into small spaces. There is no scent. Packaging is great easy to use. Ingredients I’m not sure about what’s in them. They are excellent for cleaning and doing makeup.

The "new look" is not the "same great quality." They bend very easily and seem to have less cotton. Probably all done to cut costs so customers are given an inferior product. This is my second box of the "new look." I thought maybe the first box was a mistake. But nope, second box just as bad.

It seems like quality got better. The cotton ends usually smaller and harder and also the handle breaks easily but the one i got today the cotton ends are softer bigger and it got more flexible.

Why have the sticks on these things bend so easily? It's literally impossible to clean your ears without bending the sticks into a circle? Never had this issue before. The box says 'new look same quality', but I have to highly disagree. Kinda annoying after I ordered 2 boxes of 500 counts.

We recently bought a box of Q-Tips and were horrified at the poor quality of them. Not sure if they value enginered them or not but the quality and amount of the cotton was inconsistent and usually not sufficient and the cardboard shaft was flimsy and bent very easily. We have been long time Q-Tip users and were happy to pay more for them as they WERE a quality product but now they seem to be no better than any of the other products on the market.

Iam 57 , I've never used any other ear swab ......QTip you raised the price like every other thing we buy , but you made QTip,s useless account you,s made them like a twist tie with a lint ball on the ends , they curl up as soon as you touch your ear besides such a small amount of cotton on the end,s ...hope it don't fall off and get stuck in your customers ear,s . I can't believe after 57 years I need to find a new cotton swab ....that sucks , corporate greed sucks to .. .shame on you .

Well packed and tightly wrapped sticks. The cotton isn’t loose and doesn’t have those tiny balls that fall off and make it all fuzzy. Helps clean up small crevices and keeps the outer ear clean as well.
