Antimicrobial layer?
Thought these smelled off and then read the label. No ingredients listed. So what exactly is an antimicrobial layer and why do I need to keep q tips fresh??? Why do they need to be protected from germs??? We want less chemical in the world not more. Buyer beware.

Less cotton on the swabs
I just got a box of 750 and the first time I used them, I noticed there wasn’t as much cotton of the ends and I could feel the hard stem. I hope they restore hem to original softness as these hurt.

Qtips- what's happened?
I used to love Qtips. Nothing else compared to them. Use them everyday on different things. But I just bought a box & they are horrible. They're like the no name ones now. The sticks aren't as hard anymore. They bent like the knockoffs ones. And they don't have as much cotton on the end anymore. They're garbage!! I could've bought the no name ones & saved myself a couple bucks & got the same quality. I don't know what I'm going to use now!!!! I'm not happy...they're just Qtips. Why couldn't you just leave them alone?!?!

Last 6-8 Months (Q-Tips)
I Love Q-Tips and have only purchased this brand (Q-Tips) for as long as I can remember and I am 54 years old, it's been a generational thing in my family :) However, in the last 6-8 months approximately, whenever it was when they redesigned the box they come in, I have found many of them have a quite thicker then normal end and on another, barely any cotton at all.. I will continue to buy them, in hopes that it will correct itself.. :) The thicker ones don't fit in my ear lol

Changed for the worse
Q tip has changed their swabs, they now have less cotton on the tip and the sticks are now so flimsy they practically fold in have while you are using them. Q-tips used to be best but now are the worst . Won’t be buying them anymore

Quality changed
Been using qtips my whole life and I'm 40 years old and all of a sudden the last few boxes I've gotten have been such horrible quality that I had to switch to a cheap off brand instead that ended up being better quality. They are so flimsy they bend if you try and do anything with them. I can't clean my ears or do my makeup at all with them because they bend instantly if you put pressure on them. It was never like this before so they obviously tried to go cheap on their materials but now they aren't even usable. I switched to an off brand which ended up being better quality and half the price. They will lose business if they don't put the quality back to what it used to be.

Use to be great
Have always bought the qtip brand qtips. They were always good quality. Last box i purchased more than 75% of the qtips are poor quality with the cotton swab missing or less than half the cotton on it. Super disappointed.

Garbage
I just bought a box today. The new look box. They bend link a cheap no name Qtip. This was one of the few products I wouldn’t ever bother trying to save money on in the past. Off Brands were garbage and didn’t compare. Qtip has completely sold out their quality of product. Absolute garbage now.

Q-tips gone bad
The last 3 packs of Q-tips Swabs that I've purchased are terrible quality. The tip ends come unraveled and leave cotton in my ears and in my cuts and abrasions. Won't be using this brand swabs in the future. They use to be high quality, who did you hire that dropped the quality?

Disappointment
I have used Qtip cotton swabs for many years, but the last 2 or 3 boxes of them that I have purchased have been a disappointment. Several swabs have very little, if any cotton, on one end! It's just a stub. So, if anyone grabs one to use without looking at it, it could damage an ear! So, Quality Assurance needs to improve!

Best for all uses
My mom always bought Q-Tips so I grew up knowing they were the best to use. She also had a pop-up dispenser that enable you to push down on the top and 1 Q-Tip would pop up with using just one hand. I would love to be able to get one of those dispensers.

Disappointed because I only buy Q-tip brand.
I bought a 625 pack of Q-tips and was disappointed in how many of the swabs had a bad end with not enough cotton. I only buy Q-tip brand because the quality is usually perfect.

I just bought a package of Q-Tips and I am disappointed. The swab is way to flexible and bend easily. Generic cotton swabs are sturdier and I will be using them from this day forward unless your company can rectify the issue.
