A: I agree with you. Those are made in Switzerland. You have to check the package to be sure it's made in USA. There's a huge difference between the two. Wish Target would only carry the USA one.

Quality Has Changed Significantly
I've been buying these for years because of how soft they are. I recently stocked up on these (December 2024) and was so disappointed when I used them. They are no longer soft. They're scratchy and rough on the skin. I thought maybe I had grabbed the regular quality by mistake, nope, it's the "premium" quality. It's so disappointing to see how drastically the quality has changed. I can't use these to remove my makeup anymore, they're way too rough. I will be returning the rest and looking for new cotton rounds. I do not recommend to anyone.

Not the same as they used to be
They used to be softer. They irritate my skin now.
