Face Makeup Remover - 5.5oz - up&up™

The new formula caused redness and irritation around my eyes. Glad I didn’t use it when I had something important to do since it lasted a few days. Disappointed they changed the formula - don’t buy it!

I’ve been using this product for years but the new formula has caused painful, itchy dermatitis around my eyes. It was the only “new” product I used on my eyes and I see others have complained about the same issue. Do not buy! I hope they change the formula back yo what it was.

Best eye make up remover! Does the job well even with waterproof makeup but does not feel oily. No difference with e name brand for a better price!

I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the worst beauty product I’ve ever used in my entire life. I honestly don’t know how it’s legal to sell something this harmful. It shouldn’t be in stores. It shouldn’t even exist. This makeup remover claims to be safe for use around the eyes. That’s a joke. It’s not safe for your eyes, your face, or your skin it’s a chemical hazard in a bottle. It doesn’t remove makeup efficiently. Instead, you’re stuck rubbing over and over, and even then, it barely works. But that’s not the worst part: it burns. It burned my eyes while I was trying to take off my makeup. It irritated my skin so badly that the area around my eyes became red, dry, painful, and even cracked like I had literally cut myself. And this wasn’t just my experience. My mom and my sister tried it too. Same reaction. Burning, redness, inflammation, and skin damage. That’s not a fluke that’s a dangerous product. I’m seriously disappointed that Target carries something this harmful. I love Target, but this product should be removed from their shelves immediately.

Have been using this brand for years. Doesn’t job and works well

This works just as well as the neutrogena she make up remover. I have used both, and they are basically identical.

Easily takes off makeup especially when you’re tired and don’t wanna scrub forever.

It stings your eyes and doesn't remove almost any makeup and it's really bad

Removes makeup well on the rare occasion I wear any but I mostly use it to clean my face before I wash. It works really well to move dirt and any yuck. Only thing I don’t like is that my face feels oily to touch before rinsing off the remover.

This leaves an oily residue on your face.

Just as good as the name brand. Removes eye makeup well. I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t irritate me at all.

This new formula burned both of my eyelids. It started almost immediately after using. I had no idea it was the eye make remover as I’ve been using up and up for years with no issues. After eliminating everything but the eye make remover from my regimen, I thought I’d look at reviews since it was a new looking bottle. Voila, apparently it’s a thing! I can’t believe I kept using it for almost 2 months. Buyer beware! I never write reviews, but had to warn people. I so hope I don’t scar from this.

It is oily. Description says oil free, but it is not.

I used this product for years and it was amazing! Recetnly, they changed the formula and now it is NOT as effective, requires more rubbing or using more product causing irritation to the skin. Also, I don't know what it is, but something in this liquid makes my eye area red and itchy .. dissapointing. STOPPED USING ! Wil no longer use this.

Used this for years with no problem. It was my go to for waterproof mascara & other eye makeup. It takes way more rubbing to try to get mascara off & does not get it all off. I'll be returning it.

It's ok, but I feel it requires too much product and too many attempts to wipe away waterproof makeup. I feel like there are better, budget friendly alternatives out there for makeup remover that won't require more than 1 sopping wet cottonball to remove waterproof eyeliner and mascara where I have used products for the same price, if not cheaper, that can remove it all with just 1 cottonball for both eyes.
