Face Makeup Remover - 5.5fl oz - up&up™

After using the product, my eyes felt so gritty . I had eye irritation soon after and I felt like I had debris in my eyes . Bought it for the price, but I think I will just stick to my expensive brand.

I bought this make up remover for years but recently the formula has changed. New formula is rubbish, does not take of make up.

It works really good but it definitely does leave an oily residue that I have to wipe with tissue paper after so I’m sure when I was my face it all comes off

The old Up & Up eye makeup remover formula (in the clear bottle with purple print) was great! I’ve been using the generic target brand remover formula 20+ years, and it was truly equivalent to the name brand located on the same shelf, but was a much cheaper alternative. As with many other Up & Up products, this has now been reformulated (clear bottle with aqua/light blue label) and the ingredients have changed. The new version causes SEVERE irritation! My eyelids have been swollen shut for months, and after changing out ALL of my eye makeup, I finally realized that it’s due to this eye makeup remover! The new formulation is NOT safe to use on your eyes! Not only is it ineffective in actually removing eye makeup (like, this stuff has one job, smh…) it also causes a severe allergy reaction that lasts for days. I’m returning the newest bottle I bought, and I’m afraid that this is yet another Up & Up brand product that I have to banish from my shopping list, because they all continue to get worse and I’m no longer taking any chances with my health over saving a few dollars.

I used this product for years and never had a problem. The new formula change has caused my eyes to get puffy and red, and the skin burns and starts to itch and flake off. It took me a while to figure out what was causing this reaction, but I will be throwing this away immediately.

Quality product! Removes makeup just as well as name brands.

This eye make up remover is a fabulous product that easily removes your eye make up, is not greasy and doesn't irrate. I wear contacts and it doesn't leave a film on them like some other removers do. Pluse it's a great price! Don't miss out on this one!!!

The best eye-makeup remover on the market. It’s effective but gentle. I have sensitive eyes and it never bothers them. It’s the only thing I’ll use.

The new formula caused redness and irritation around my eyes. Glad I didn’t use it when I had something important to do since it lasted a few days. Disappointed they changed the formula - don’t buy it!

I’ve been using this product for years but the new formula has caused painful, itchy dermatitis around my eyes. It was the only “new” product I used on my eyes and I see others have complained about the same issue. Do not buy! I hope they change the formula back yo what it was.

Best eye make up remover! Does the job well even with waterproof makeup but does not feel oily. No difference with e name brand for a better price!

I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the worst beauty product I’ve ever used in my entire life. I honestly don’t know how it’s legal to sell something this harmful. It shouldn’t be in stores. It shouldn’t even exist. This makeup remover claims to be safe for use around the eyes. That’s a joke. It’s not safe for your eyes, your face, or your skin it’s a chemical hazard in a bottle. It doesn’t remove makeup efficiently. Instead, you’re stuck rubbing over and over, and even then, it barely works. But that’s not the worst part: it burns. It burned my eyes while I was trying to take off my makeup. It irritated my skin so badly that the area around my eyes became red, dry, painful, and even cracked like I had literally cut myself. And this wasn’t just my experience. My mom and my sister tried it too. Same reaction. Burning, redness, inflammation, and skin damage. That’s not a fluke that’s a dangerous product. I’m seriously disappointed that Target carries something this harmful. I love Target, but this product should be removed from their shelves immediately.
