New Formula Is a Fail- Zero Stars
I wish I could give the new formula in the blue bottle zero stars!! I have used the old formula in the “purple bottle” for at least 10 yrs and never had an issue. The new formula is awful as it barely removes your eye makeup and I use very little eye makeup. The new “reformulated” product made my eyes crusty. I have never had this issue and once again I am disappointed in Targets reformulated products. What a shame. I will return this product and never use it again- another “reformulation flop”.I would love to know why you changed it?? I do realize most updates made to products are to increase gross margin/ profit made but Target your changes in store and products continue to fail. What a shame.

Reformulated & causes skin reaction
I have used this products for 5+ years and recently repurchased it. The product must have been reformulated because it did not work as effectively as before and left an oily residue despite much rinsing. It then caused hives around my eyes and swelling which has lasted for days. As I read other reviews, I see this is a common problem recently. Please avoid!!!

Messes up my eyes and skin
The only good thing about it is it’s able to remove my waterproof mascara. After using it to remove my makeup I HAVE to be very thorough in rinsing my eyes or they will be very irritated and my vision will be very blurry. Also, it always makes me break out. I’ll go periods of not using it and only typically it when I run out of micellar water. When I do, after a couple days of using it, I get small but very stubborn ache that will not go away.
