Go back to the original.
The new packaging is horrible it leaks everywhere and is not user friendly at all, just a huge mess to clean up. With the new packaging they must have changed the formula as well, ruined a great product.

Worst makeup remover I’ve ever used. This use to be great years ago and I purchased it again after several years and it does not work. I have to scrub my eyes so hard to try to get mascara off(no not waterproof) and even after so much scrubbing it doesn’t take off the entire mascara and just gives me raccoon eyes. HORRIBLE

Waste of money and huge disappointment. I LOVED the formula that was in the bottle with the purple font and gold cap. That product went a long way and was amazing at removing makeup. This new formula is absolute garbage. I use so much of this stuff and it still doesn't remove my mascara, not to mention it leaves my skin feeling overdry even with my normal moisturizer routine.. Yall literally have me thinking im going crazy bc im like what am I doing wrong. Idk why they always feel the need to "fix" what's not broke. But this is the absolute last time I will buy this.

Why did you change this product? Cost I am sure. But now after years and years of using I will no longer buy this garbage. The cheap/thin plastic LEAKS everywhere. The formula has also changed and does not work as well and really irritates my eyes it's so liquidy. This product is so cheap now. Will never buy again while it is like this.
