GET IT. This is the only makeup remover I have used that actually dissolves waterproof makeup without much effort— I didn’t have to rub my eyes raw! This works better than the Garnier micellar water (the blue one). So happy I picked this up!

It does take off your makeup but it doesn't take off eye makeup that well. I would purchase if you're using minimal makeup but otherwise it wouldn't be my number one purchase.

I used this for two weeks, and while it was able to take off waterproof makeup, I needed a lot of the product to take a full face of makeup off. The bottle was empty at the end of two weeks, and thank god it was because it also left my entire face oily and gross, and it caused problems for me. (Just to note I have dry, sensitive skin and also have rosacea and eczema) Will not be buying again, would not recommend.

And the leftover oil is not overwhelming like it just kind of helps to soothe and moisturize your face. It doesn’t really have any sent to it and I do think this is an amazing value since it is a drugstore brand.

Makes my skin breakout
I absolutely love ELF products and I was hoping this would be great however, it breaks out my skin really bad. I get little pimples everywhere after using it. The product does what it says and it removes makeup including mascara easily but unfortunately something in it doesn't agree with my skin. I always double cleanse my skin but I still get breakouts from this product. I recommend using their Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm to remove your makeup instead, it is wonderful.

Easy on the eyes
I like this makeup remover a lot as it doesn't irritate my eyes. It does a great job with everything except the tubing mascara, which I still have to slip off my lashes but so far I haven't pulled any out doing so. It does soften it enough to make it easier but it doesn't dissolve it. I think it's a great product for the price and got it to compare to Clinique's dual phase cleanser. It works just as well for a fraction of the price.
