I like this makeup remover a lot as it doesn't irritate my eyes. It does a great job with everything except the tubing mascara, which I still have to slip off my lashes but so far I haven't pulled any out doing so. It does soften it enough to make it easier but it doesn't dissolve it. I think it's a great product for the price and got it to compare to Clinique's dual phase cleanser. It works just as well for a fraction of the price.

I got this for free with purchase and didn’t think I was going to like it because I am biased with the balm. However, I have found that this works better for removing my mascara, so I have been using it for my mascara and then removing the rest of my face with the balm. It didn’t replace my balm to remove my face makeup because $/use doesn’t make sense for that (the packaging is quite small). I expect to run through it quickly even just removing mascara; however, I would be willing to purchase it because it’s really effective and gentle! It reminds me of MK makeup remover.

I’ve been looking for a really good make up remover and I hit the holy grail with this one!! All I do is put some on a cotton round and go over my face a few times and all the stubborn make up is gone, even my waterproof eye make up. I would 100% recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this make up remover on and off for a few years. I also use make up remover wipes, but for waterproof make up those do not work well. This is very effective when I use waterproof eye make up and all other make up. I have sensitive eyes but used correctly this formula works and is gentle on eyes, face and lips. You don't need a lot and don't forget to shake bottle first! I definitely recommend.

As someone with NO allergies to any medications or products up until now, I do not recommend this make up remover. I used it just around my eyes to take off my waterproof mascara and because it is a liquid makeup remover, some of it dropped down to my neck, which is also red and itchy. I am definitely going to look for more high end make up removers with better ingredients.

This worked well to remove my waterproof mascara without any scrubbing at all. I used it on my lips and it did feel a little oily, but I wouldn't ordinarily use this sort of thing for lipstick anyway, my micellar water handles that just fine. I will definitely buy again once this bottle runs out.
