Q: Why do companies feel the need to add fragrance to their products? I would have purchased this product had it been fragrance free. So many women are allergic or can develop allergic reactions.

So refreshing! I used this product after work and it left my skin feeling fresh and not tense like so many cleansers do. Not to mention the smell is really good. Most of the time, cleaning products are good but have an odd smell to them, but not this one! It smells good for my nightly routine.

I bough it a month ago, it neither helpful in cleaning nor is gentle to the skin, it’s just rubbin a diluted cream on to you face, and it feel like it was someh dirti that before using it

Sadly I cannot positively recommend this product to anyone. I had very high hopes with the cute packaging and the marketing towards dry skin, but this cleanser is terrible. To start with texture, it feels more like a lotion on the skin than a cleanser. It actually felt like I was washing my skin with lotion and it made my face extremely greasy, along with made it burn during use. I understand it is a gentle cleanser, but a cleanser should not make your face feel greasier and dirtier than it did before application. I used this once and had to go back through twice with a gel cleanser to get all of the greasy product off of my face. Definitely will not ever purchase this again.

Leaves my skin very soft and smooth. Light scent, not too overpowering. Other cleansers feel like they leave my face dried and stripped of natural oils, but this cleanser leaves me feeling moisturized without feeling oily or shiny.

This is my favorite cleanser. It's not expensive, you can buy it in any supermarket. I have dry skin, and after washing with other cleansers, it becomes even drier, and after this product, the skin is moisturized, as if after applying the cream. The consistency resembles a light cream, does not foam, and is easily washed off with water. Also a convenient bottle with a dispenser.
Nice scent, good at moisturizing, feels like a cream more than a cleaning product

It cleans my skin and hydrates it and the texture is really nice like a cream more than a soap, I like the smell, but I was expecting to see more of a difference when using it and I still need to clean my face before putting it on because is not that good at removing the dirt.

Did not work for me. It didn’t feel like I was cleaning my skin, the texture is like trying to wash your face with lotion. Not sure how this can work for anyone, maybe if you live in a really cold place.

I have been using this for a few months now as an off and on daily product and it works perfectly. It’s very simple to use and has sort of an interesting but pleasant scent. My skin feels smooth and soft after using, it makes my face feel clean and moisturized every time. I have sensitive, dry-combination skin and this works great for me. However if this isn’t your skin type, Neutrogena has clay and gel skin balancing cleansers which look identical to this one but come in a green or blue shade. I recommend you to try them out and see what works best for you, as I personally find this one very helpful and something I will continue to use.

I can only speak for myself bc it seems that a lot of people love this. I wash my face with it in the shower and when I rinse it off my face has a thick oil/waxy layer on it. Like when u deal with oils cooking and they won’t wash off your hands kind of feeling. Today I ran my nails down my cheek to make sure it wasn’t just softness but sure enough a ton of build up came off from my nail. I’m sure that’s how it’s supposed to be but I’ve use dry and sensitive cleansers before and never was like this. Just makes me feel dirty tbh. Hopefully the wash works out for you all but that’s just my experience with it.
