Not sure why they don’t have all the pages in this book anymore. I have the older version of this book with all the pages and then was disappointed when I got this as a gift for someone else to find out it was missing a page. I have no idea why they took it out but really lame. Makes the book too short.

Missing page
Love this series but tried to get this book twice and both copies were missing the squirrel page. We also tried to replace our copy of Never Touch a Dinosaur from this series as it was a family favorite and the dog ate it. We went in store to get it due to the missing page issue with this one and the dinosaur book was also missing a page. These books are supposed to have 5 pages so be aware when purchasing.

I do love some of the "never touch" book series but for some reason this one came with only 4 pages, I believe I am missing one page looking at the other review photos bummer. I prefer the "never touch a tiger" book vs this one if you are choosing between the two.

This book is extremely simple. Makes for a better toy than book. Wouldn’t recommend for a toddler simply because the purpose of a book is for not only entertainment, but nourishing the child’s mind and this book does neither. There’s not much context and just very repetitive, nothing to learn from or gain.

This book, for us, was subpar. The “touch” part is all the same material on every page, just different shapes. The text of the book I was not personally a fan of, I don’t like reading to my baby a text that starts with a negative word on every page. Never touch blah blah blah. It’s the same thing on every page. This book disappeared quickly at our house.
