New York & Company Women's Gaia Kitten Heel Sandal

The rating for this shoe is, perhaps, unfair. The shoe design is actually nice and the low heel is great. However, the shoe was already peeling as I opened the package. I realize peeling happens to some materials as they age, but this is unbelievable. The shoe is peeling everywhere: on the top of the shoe, on the heels and the interior----anywhere there is the metallic finish. This is especially disappointing since I wanted this shoe for an event next week. I would be afraid to re-order for fear that another pair would have the same problem. I do not recommend this shoe.

Shoes arrived like this. Not sure if something was spilled on them, they were worn and scuffed, or they were never fully “painted.” I’m surprised they were even shipped in this condition. Makes me think they’re very poor quality.
