We don't use it all the time. But recently realized it stopped cooling after getting it ready for a camping trip. We've had this just barely 2 years now. It's powered by LG which is known to fail.

I bought this last July and now one side stopped working. It was great while it lasted but only 12 months and 6 times out 😩 and it's dead. I can't find any replacement parts.

Very disappointed with this product that I was only able to get one summer use out of it before the Control Panel stopped working and this part is a nonreplaceable part!

Have had mine now just about two years. Used for music festivals and forest camping. Powered with an external power source just found out it's not bear proof hoping I can get just a new door to keep using my cooler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is my 4th purchase from newair, there products do what they are supposed to do, made extremely well, user friendly and the customer support is great which i have not had to use because all my products continue to work like a rock, but they make it easy to connect to them if the need arises, very excited to use this cooler for the split freezer option , no more ice and no more plugged in power as soon as i can get me the solar that goes with this and be 100% off grid ,

Bought this cooler, battery was out of stock FOREVER. FINALLY got one, open up battery compartment, and battery doesn't fit? I took a closer look and it looks like my fridge is either fake or I was given some sort of prototype product? MY fridge looks NOTHING like what is in these other photos and there is no way I can tell to add my battery. I tried reaching out to customer service - no response. Sadly I'm beyond the point of attempting a return.

I've had this 80qt for almost a year. It's been to Burning Man for 2 weeks in 95°+ temps every day while powered by a Bluetti EB3A connected to solar panels. Needs better handles; lighter colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the NewAir cooler. Traveling to 14 states and camping this cooler is a game changer. No more worrying about ice melting and food getting warm. Only complaint is wishing the 115qt was available. #sweepstakes

Ran 80qt for a 10 day trip, worked great! I purchased the battery also. Ran all night on battery and charged off my truck while driving! Wish it also had a regular handle on the slide handle side.

I just ordered my 80qt , and got it yesterday, arrived in good condition, box was NOT damaged, and am now letting it sit for a day so the refrigerant can settle down. I will update my post after using the cooler this weekend on a trip the Manatee Springs. The reason for my HEADLINE is this : Most of the 1 star reviews and or people complaining are doing so because of there own fault and or not reading. ( in todays world, people are easy to dismiss an issue and blame another person instead of taking accountability on there own) The cooler DOES NOT come with the battery pack required to allow it to operate on its OWN.. They do sell it , as well as a solar panel. NewAir was out of stock on the battery, so I purchased one thru a 3rd party , once you have it, you clip off the small panel door on the rear side above the power plug, and slid the battery in until it clips in. For NEW BUYERS etc, when you receive your cooler, its best to unpack it from the boxes, and then let it sit in the correct position for 24-48 hours .. (like any appliance that uses a compressor and refrigerant, you want it to settle from shipping. (mainly as some shippers dont adhear to the UPRIGHT arrows on the box, and will pack it any which way to get it into truck etc) my UPS guy, had it side ways on his dolly, I pointed out the arrows and he said "Ohhh" , no biggie, just let it sit for 24hr or 48hr to be sure. Excited to use this on the coming weekend ! (I just now need to list the 2 large Yeti wheeled coolers I have for sale)

I feel truly and utterly deceived. Kudos to the marketing team. There isn't actually a built in battery and it has no adapter to use any other solar panel but theirs... would not recommend

I work full time on the road and a unit like this is imperative. I literally meal prep and freeze everything before hitting the road and I have meals for the durations. Would highly recommend for anyone who hits the road a lot, camping, road trips. Its a very useful product.

This Dual zone seemed to strike a nice balance of space in the vehicle to amount of food that can be stored. It is also quite efficient on ECO mode. I think this is great for an SUV or Midsize truck.

Just amazing. This is great at parties, I'm camping trips, and ALL MY FRIENDS want it borrow it. Cools down quickly like a champ, we keep our drinks in one side and use the other for frozen treats. Ice cream while camping? Yes please.
