Omg. My little 12 lb. Chiwienie, Max, loves these Newman's Own Chicken Recipe Soft Chewy Dog Treats. They are perfect for his old man teeth, I beak them down into three pieces, one is too much for him. And there are so many In a bag, definitely a wonderful bargain. I used to get these for my small dogs last year because they were easy to break up into smaller pieces and easy for my senior dog to chew. I have 2 small dogs and both loved them and didn't have any issues previously. I recently picked them up again and I'm not sure if there was a formula change because one of my dogs, who has a more sensitive stomach, got diarrhea this time around. I did notice they changed the stick shape to have indents which make them even easier to break apart which is great if you want to use them as training treats. Overall, I will still give them to one of my dogs since he seems to like them fine, but if you have dogs with more sensitive stomachs, you might need to be more cautious.
