This is one of our families favorite movies. Only drawback is this movie is only blue ray disc and does not include the regular dvd or digital copy like other movie.

This movie is a great movie. I do not know how accurate it is, but it does give a good idea of the history of the times. It is a good movie for kids and adults. I do suggest parental guidance for young kids. My kids love the movie (2, 4, and 7), maybe not for the history of the movie, but probably more for the entertainment of the movie. I do not believe they fully understand the story plot. They like the songs and dancing and gymnastics stuff. But, they now want to do some of the jumps and tricks that they see the boys do in the movie and pretend that they are characters in the movie. There are also scenes of fighting. So, I just explained to my children that they are not allowed to do everything that they see people do on TV.

My daughter loves Newsies. This is exactly what she wanted. The quality is great too with the Blu-ray edition. Great Price Quick shipping.

I like the movie- but there were a couple of times the screen went black as though there might be a defect in the disc
