Bought this yesterday to hold tight a gauze covering a really big burn on the right side of my torso. We applied several pieces of this tape onto my torso and they didn't stick. Hubby got fed up and wrapped it across my torso from left to right and it finally stuck. Hours later while I was working, I noticed a stinging sensation where the bandage tape was attached to the left side of my torso and I took the tape of slowly to see what was going on.. to my surprise I had a new open wound; My skin had adhesed to the bandage tape. I was in so much disbelief that I asked a coworker to inspect it and then ran to go get first aid. I will be returning this asap!!

Cut my finger, bought this to keep water out while washing dishes and showering. Unfortunately, it was the worst of the different methods I used. It doesn't stick, and I had to change all of the dressing on my finger. Totally useless unfortunately, a waste of money. And it's not cheap!

Had a minor facial surgery today and needed something to keep the dressing in place. I figured I would spend the extra few bucks for something good. Boy was I wrong. Store associate assured me it would work too. Didnt stick at all.

at least they don't call it adhesive tape. it barely sticks to itself let alone skin. i used it to secure fingertip bandage. have to wrap it around 2-3 times, then as it comes undone, even dry, snip of loose end until i have to redo. needs more "stickem" !

Does it work as a decent bandaid? Yes. It holds up well. Sticks without falling. I bought this for blister prevention with new shoes. The tape is thick but not too thick. Oddly I still felt the burning of the friction. So if you’re looking to prevent blisters. This isn’t it.

Does NOT stick to skin

Sticks to itself, NOT TO SKIN. The part of my body I needed to put it on I was not able to wrap it around and onto itself and it did not want to stay on at all. It stayed on for maybe a day or two. The first time I applied it I had to take it right back off after my shower because while the bandage itself is waterproof it WILL NOT stick to your skin in the shower.

The absolute best adhesive bandage for my foot injury. I cut the sole of my foot on something and the injury wasn't a candidate for stitches. It was in a really awful/awkward spot so normal bandaids, Tegaderm, and even gauze wrapping just wouldn't quite stay where they needed to. Then I tried the Nexcare Absolute Waterproof 3M tape.... let me tell you... one swatch of this over a simple gauze square, on the bottom of my foot, in the middle of summer, and I didn't have a single problem keeping the site protected but still breathable. AND the thickness of it provided enough cushion to reduce discomfort at the injured site. Will definitley stock up to keep on hand for any future injuries. Also, bonus, it is NOT painful to remove.

I had a giant blister on the bottom of my foot in Hawaii. It was tearing and sand was getting in there. Used a giant bandaid and used this flexible tape to really secure the bandage. Even with sweat and water, it stayed!

My son is a Type 1 Diabetic and uses a pump. We started using this tape to keep the tubing taped up so when he swam he didn't feel the tubing moving with the water. Now we use it to help ensure the needle is securely in place and it stays in place during showers and being a sweaty teenage boy. This tape has become a staple in my house.

I live in the desert and the dry climate causes my thumbs to crack..I use this tape when I first notice a crack starting and it allows it to heal up quickly and not bleed all over everything. It will stay on over a day and allow work and hand washing.

I use this for helping keep blisters at bay when I'm hiking dozens of miles. But the main use I have for this now is I cut a strip about 3" long and use it to create a nice soft seal across the nose bridge part of my KN95 masks. I can now wear these without my glasses getting fogged.

This waterproof cushioned tape is getting harder to find in stores here in Georgia. I use it to tape my worst osteoarthritis fingers. So much better than pull on finger padding. It gives me stability day and night and I can even keep it on for several days as it is so waterproof. During Covid, we wash our hands constantly so this is the perfect protection as it does not come off.
