The design of the tray holding the charcoal, and therefore underneath it, the ashes are extremely poorly designed. First of all the grading that holds a charcoal is welded to the tray underneath it, and both ends are closed, making it virtually impossible to shovel out any ashes. To get the ashes out, you must remove both great remove entirely the lifting mechanism, great and ashtray and turn the ashtray upside down to empty the ashes. And I seen how difficult that was. I would not have ordered this grill and I do not recommend to anyone.

I bought this grill about 8 years ago. Great for regular grilling and I have even smoked brisket, ribs, chicken thighs and wings, and salmon over time. Just use left side for heat source with the snake method for the charcoal and added wood chips, etc. No mechanical issues or rust. Just a quick clean after each use.

It's a really good product, not too big to be place in any garden, but also big enough for a weekend barbeque.

This charcoal grill is a beautiful product to have to do all your barbecue cooking; this includes grilling vegetables. It is truly an eye catcher, designed well and very sturdy. I'm so glad I purchase the NexGrill and would recommend it to everyone. Everything about this grill is PREFECT!

i bought this model 5 yeats ago and it still works perfectly, having the enough care and cleaning it i've done smoked brisket for 20 hours, prime rib for 10 hours, turkey and a lot of diferent beef and creations inside

Love the smoker capability for its size. Front shelf works for me to use when loading the meat and to put down during BBQing.

The grill came is several parts to assemble but assembly was pretty straight forward. I put it together myself in about an hour. It seems like a good value.
