I am not one to ever write reviews but this was really disappointing. I was very excited to order this and give it to my grandfather as part of a Bengals gift basket. One star because it IS a nice cup. Deducted 4 stars because the item description is completely misleading. It states in the third bullet of the highlights section “Leakproof: Offers a tight seal flip lid. Comes with two straws” for one.. **it came with NO straws at all.** Secondly the lid closure does not even latch. I tried to submit a help ticket with Target and was only given the option to “refund and ship back” or “ship back and send SAME ITEM” as this is a Christmas gift I am not willing to roll the dice on sending it back, only to get the same exact item with faulty lid and no straws(probably delivered after Christmas) very unfortunate. Would love for someone to reach out to resolve.
