The base doesn’t line up with the seat so using the intended 4 screws to assemble the pieces is impossible. You can use 2 at most. I think I’ll keep them, because I don’t plan to use them all day every day and hopefully the 2 screws diagonally will be sturdy enough. But I am disappointed in the poor product design. The chair is comfortable, and I appreciate that the legs are metal but look like wood.

As other people have stated, the holes are not placed in the correct spots and so assembly is impossible. After an hour wasted trying to put these together, these will be returned.

They will work, but the legs are actual metal. A couple of the legs were not painted well, and it looks a little damage, but keeping. Not the easiest to put together, and when I went to go to send back, I could only get a full refund, instead of just returning one of them. A little frustrating.

These chairs weren’t manufactured properly so the parts don’t even fit together! We couldn’t even finish putting them together. Highly suggest not buying. Wish it was possible to fit the pieces together because the seat and backrest would have been perfect.

I love this crate and barrel dupe! I have been searching for affordable stools and these are it! 2 stools for under $300! Unheard of !! The back is plastic and the legs are metal, the only complaint is one foot screw was hard to get threaded correctly, after my husband assisted.. it went smoothly. I would highly recommend this stool to anyone! Cushion is soft material firm seat but has been comfortable to sit on !
