Directions if you are under 18 years of age, ask a doctor before use, before using this product, read the enclosed User's Guide for complete directions and other important information, begin using the gum on your quit day, if you smoke your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up, use 4 mg nicotine gum, if you smoke your first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up, use 2 mg nicotine gum according to the following 12 week schedule: Weeks 1 to 6 Weeks 7 to 9 Weeks 10 to 12 1 piece every 1 piece every 1 piece every 1 to 2 hours 2 to 4 hours 4 to 8 hours nicotine gum is a medicine and must be used a certain way to get the best results, chew the gum slowly until it tingles. Then park it between your cheek and gum. When the tingle is gone, begin chewing again, until the tingle returns, repeat this process until most of the tingle is gone (about 30 minutes) do not eat or drink for 15 minutes before chewing the nicotine gum, or while chewing a piece, to improve your chances of quitting, use at least 9 pieces per day for the first 6 weeks, if you experience strong or frequent cravings, you may use a second piece within the hour. However, do not continuously use one piece after another since this may cause you hiccups, heartburn, nausea or other side effects, do not use more than 24 pieces a day, it is important to complete treatment. If you feel you need to use the gum for a longer period to keep from smoking, talk to your health care provider.Other information

Gandy target doesnt care about customers
Target is terrible I’ve bought this crap 1,000 times from target, now they make it the biggest pain to get this keeping it in a lock box now in store, making you get a manager to unlock it wasting time it’s bad I hate target at this point I want to take my business elsewhere, no other store does this. No one is stealing this stuff its unbelievable I’ve even had to wait 15min for someone to tell me to wait longer the manger at Gandy doesn’t care. I said forget it wasted that time walked next door to Publix walked up to the shelf grabbed it and checked out. Seriously target check sale history, how much I’ve spent w you guys on this product it’s sickening and I’m done I’m going to take my business elsewhere

The mint flavor is clean and not too strong, and the gum starts calming cravings pretty quickly. I like that it doesn’t burn my throat like some other nicotine products do. The only thing to know is that the taste changes a bit after you chew it for a minute, but that’s normal for nicotine gum. Overall, it’s been a solid support tool for me during the first weeks of cutting back. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants something simple and effective to manage cravings on the go.

Smart Product, Helpful Product

One, first of all, I am very appreciative that it comes with very detailed instructions, advice, and insight on pursing the goal of quitting smoking, as well as on how to successfully use this product. That long piece of paper with the tiny print is extremely valuable to me. It really does boost confidence and I find it very encouraging. Second, it came with a $5.00 coupon! Talk about a good value deal for buying the next one! Third, instructions on how to open the product was a little confusing at first, but once I opened it, it all made sense of why they designed it that way. I thought that was smart. Fourth, the product itself or the gum is not bad at all, and it is very minty. Following the detailed instructions, it seems all is going well so far. It’s only week three but I do feel noticeable improvements. Fifth, the pack is small and the weight is light and easy to carry with you. No issue flying with it either or getting it thru TSA.

It does a great job of curbing cravings, but the nicotine release can be a bit too much for me. I also don't love the way I'm supposed to use it - chewing for a bit and then parking it between my cheek and gum until the burn goes away. I just want to chew mindlessly, you know? Despite that, it's a good product that works as advertised. The packaging is also really convenient and well-designed - non-nicotine gum should definitely take a page from their book. Overall, it's a solid option, but not perfect for me.
