The flavor is fantastic and you can use the vanilla wafers for banana pudding and enjoy it for a couple days. Beautiful yellow box, fantastic yellow packets of wafers. You can't go wrong with vanilla wafers.

She had a recipe that I continued using that called for vanilla wafers. I don't know if I tried using a different brand but she told me to only use Nilla. Mom saved money but not here. That was > 40 years ago and I don't want to mess around; it's not worth it. Mom's recipe called for a 12 oz box but the smaller size works fine. The 1 oz doesn't make a difference in my case. I just checked a competitor and they are @50 cents cheaper there. I was trying to figure out how to rate the value ... I dropped it for this store.
