We love this; use it every day. Main complaint for 4 star rating is that it doesn't automatically shut off when water reservoir is empty which is hard on the pump. Also would love more flavor options.

We have had this now for a few weeks, and we absolutely LOVE it! It is perfect for our family. Some of us like carbonation and some do not, the fact that we can make flavored "still" water with this same machine is such a bonus. I do wish however that the flavors were a bit more broad. The fact that almost all the soda flavors (Dr. Thirsti, Cola, Root beer, etc) are all diet and no option for reg is a bummer. I am hopeful that I am not the only customer out there that feels this way and Ninja will do something to change that. I do have to say that being able to make our drinks one at a time instead of wasting all those soda cans, and having to find a place to store them (the soda cans) is such a bonus! We are looking forward to new flavors in the future, and can not wait to share this with our kids when they come over! We are definitely a "Ninja" household and this is just another reason why!!

Forget about the so-called 1 year warranty, unit is only returnable for exchange/refund within 60 days (BUYER BEWARE). And it will work great for a few months. Soon after, flavours will start to get weaker and weaker until no flavour is dispensed at all. Machine still works to carbonate the water, but can only add flavour manually (very inconsistant). It is an expensive machine for carbonation only. After much reading, this is a common issue with this machine and I regret the purchase. Disappointed in Ninja selling this product and not honouring the warranty. I cannot get a replacement, calling 1-855-520-7816 is a total waste of time. Soon it will go into the garbage (pity, only a few months old). Will never buy anything from Ninja. Buyer beware

Love it. I just bought my Ninja Thirsti, my sister has one and I loved using hers so I thought why not buy myself one especially since they’re on sale right now. The only negative is I had expired flavor pods but I called ninja and they’re let me pick out new pods to send.

Great investment. Clearly Canadian is expensive to keep drinking, even though I love it! It is best this way to save money but a way where I can create flavors too !

This one was a swap out. But it leaks from the mixing chamber as well. I'm second guessing Ninja at this time. Why are they shipping these with known defects. Although it's great when it works. I remove the Pod after I use it which solves the problem. I bought one for work as well it drips but not as much as the one I have at home. I swapped up from a soda stream but at least that never made a mess. Not sure I would go this route again.

We are a few weeks in with our Ninja Thirsti and so far the whole household is enjoying the flexibility of options.

Great to just fill up the water and get carbonated water. Wish pop flavors would be better. Sometimes feel it could be more carbonated but overall great purchase .

I bought the WC1001 Drink System Dec 2024. It was and is a great machine and has saved our company lots of money on water and sodas. The only downfall, the #2 dispenser stopped working after the exact year was over. Fortunately, they were able to replace my unit after troubleshooting and realizing it was no fault of ours. I love the current machine and can't wait to try the new Max machine.

This by far the best buy ever. I've had others but the Thristi is the best.

My family loves the ease and convenience of the Ninja Thirsti. It has replaced dozens of water bottles we've been buying and storing. We've been using it like crazy. The replenishment system with the return labels made me a lot more comfortable making the change. Overall, an awesome unit without much headache.

I got this as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves it!! Saves lots of money from having to buy cans of sparkling water.

Leaking kitchen nightmare. Leaks everywhere every time

The machine works great, the flavors do not. Most of the flavors I have tried all have the same stong chemically taste. I have found a couple that work okay w/one squirter per 18oz...any stronger and it just tastes gross. I am guessing since they all have the same taste it is absorbing something from the plastic pod/bottle. I will probably not by the ninja flavors anymore but just add other brand syrups to the Ninja Thirsti carbonated water.

I have been thinking about buying this for months. Waited for a good sale on it. We have had it for a few weeks and we love it.

My daughters and I are obsessed with the Thirsti! We use it multiple times a day. They are always asking me for a sparkle drink! It is so fun and easy to use. We can't wait for our new flavors to get here!

This has saved me so much money on seltzers. Every flavor I have tried so far was delicious!

I purchased this product in mid-December during a special promotion, only to receive an order cancellation notification six weeks later. Such a long delay is unacceptable. Additionally, keeping my money for this entire time feels unprofessional and even suspicious. I could have purchased the same item elsewhere during the promotion period. This experience has left me frustrated, and I hope the company reevaluates how it manages inventory and handles customer payments to prevent this from happening to others. I do not recommend purchasing from this website. This version remains constructive while addressing the key issues clearly and firmly.

I bought right before Christmas and I love it and all the flavors. Since buying I drink more water than I ever have. I only wish there were more tropical flavors. Like a coconut pineapple or other combinations.
