A: Hi Dave, The Ninja Thirsti is designed to make sparkling and still flavored water, but it does not produce tonic water in the traditional sense, meaning it doesn’t include quinine or the distinct bitter flavor profile associated with tonic water. However, you can create a tonic-style drink by using a compatible flavored water drop that mimics tonic water, if available. A: It is recommended to use a larger glass than oz size selected, especially when adding ice. We recommend using a juice glass when making a 6oz (177 ml) drink, a pint glass when making a 12oz (255 ml) drink, a small tumbler when making an 18oz (532 ml) drink, a large tumbler when making a 24oz (710 ml) drink.

Simply love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply loved it, the flavors.. and how easy is to make soda. My kids 9, 7 and 6 also have tried it and love it. This is mainly for my pleasure but would be really perfect for visits. I don’t have to worry about my soda getting stale. And you can choose from so many flavors, so it’s to your liking.

Love it!
Absolutely love it! I had a Soda Stream and decided it was time to upgrade and I'm happy I went with this. I like it because you can one drink at a time and not have to make up a whole bottle of the sparkling water. It also mixes the flavors as it dispenses it so it's all mixed when it's done.

Definitely worth getting!

I’ve always wanted one of these and now that I have one, it’s become such a staple piece in my home. My kids love soda, but I’m not a fan, so getting them the zero sugar options has been the best so far. They love it and we use it every day!

GREAT SERVICE, good product.
This was an updated model warranty replacement for an older version of the Thirsti. The service I received was INCREDIBLE when my first model failed, and this new version of the Thirsti seems to have fixed some of the previous generation's issues. They even extended my warranty 6 months, just in case.

Love the new system
I had one of of the original Thirsti systems and received the new Max as an upgrade, and it's so much better! The flavors mix in more consistently for a much better taste. And so far no clogging of the flavor jets.

Replaced Ninja Thirsti
I bought a Ninja Thirsti last fall. I feel like we over used it as it only lasted about 6 months. My family loves this fancy gadget. We use between 60 and 90 ounces of water a day in it. The flavor selections keep growing but we have our favorites. Bought this to replace purchasing sparkle ice cans. It has exceeded our expectations.

Seems to be more carbanated then previos unit.
It work much better than older unit. The only complaint would be the flavor dispenser. It doesn't seem to dispense flavors strong enough.
