NJA Helmet Strap Mount

My bf uses this on his goalie helmet. We have to knot the straps because the clips don't hold the tension. I'm not impressed with the clips unfortunately. The adhesive mounts don't work with his helmet because of the shape of it so this is this only option (the head strap doesn't stay either because of the design, which is fine because it works for what it's meant for, but that isn't this!). I'd like to see the clips metal with good teeth. Would happily pay more for the security of that as an upgrade.

Took me while to figure out how to mount it. After I finally figured it out it, was very secure. It's a shame that they didn't included even a simple diagram with the product.

Ho usato questo supporto col mio casco ventilato ma non è assolutamente utilizzabile. In breve tempo con le vibrazioni le fasce si allentano e la cam balla rendendone difficile l’utilizzo. Forse più idonea all’uso con Gopro mini ma non con la Hero

There is some play between this GoPro mount and the Overade foldable helmet I'm using. I had to wedge an additional piece of paper (for now) for the mount to be stable with this helmet. I found that the straps unloose themselves a little while riding my bike, which was annoying. Otherwise the mount itself looks sturdy enough not to break.

I bought this helmet strap mount for an expensive price and expected to have a solid and reliable fixation system. But a the end its a bad quality. I need to adjust and check it each time I’m doing a simple journey with my city bike.

Great bit of kit! Simple to fit, doesn't move around and takes the camera or light fitting with ease. Perfect for night riding.

Glad I found this, the Hex has a weird shape with a central channel and fitting a bracket for a light was a pain. This adapter is great a rubbery bottom helps it stick and the very slightly stretchy bands mean you can crank up the tension and hold it firmly in place.

The product I received is very different from the photo. The clips I received do not lock like the ones displayed. The straps are significantly shorter than the ones displayed. The product received cannot be securely mounted to my helmet because of the substandard straps and clips.

Simple to attach to vented cycling helmet. Simple to operate GoPro with voice commands. Took a little while to get angle correct for filming. Expensive shipping costs, but otherwise very pleased

Works exactly as I hoped it would with my GoPro 10 and have captured so great footage whilst zipping around on our ebikes.

Had the old stick on version..this is much better..fully adjustable and easy to install...highly recommend

The mount works for me, but it would have been easier with INSTRUCTIONS! It is not clear that you must remove the strap from its original position and THEN run it through the helmet openings. Once I did that, the mount held very well and never came loose. It is likely many of the negative reviews are due to incorrect mounting.

Nice helmet mount. I use it for my GoPro and my helmet light. Holds well and easy to install and tighten.

The strap fits well and holds my expensive camera securely.

Avoid this accessory. The clips hardly hold the strap in place. You will need to use tape to secure it in place. But most importantly, the plastic is of poor quality and the track sheared off, leading to the GoPro falling off and disappearing. Avoid this accessory at all cost.

This is a great idea! It took me a little while to figure out how to attach it properly, and I'd bet that those complaining don't have it done properly. There should be a video to show you how to do it, but I eventually figured it out. It tightens down nice and securly.

I never leave reviews, especially negative, but I wish somebody had left this review when I was purchasing this. If you like to go fast... AT ALL, then this is NOT for you. This barely tightens. I think they show it on a 5 year old in the images for a purpose. It's really insane this is even listed on this website. The clamps are extremely weak. If you wanted this to stay fastened for any real length of time you'd be retightening it every 30 seconds. Unless you keep your head insanely still, this is NOT for you.

I thought you could tie the mount but Instead I needed to buckle it but its not good for skiing if it falls off while going fast.

When it says one size fits all it’s doesn’t. It’s so cheap and nasty the straps are two short for my vented helmet. It really is over priced for what it is and doesn’t do the job due to skimping in the straps
