About the Author

Eba Martín Muñoz es una autora nacida en Barakaldo (Bizkaia) que debutó en 2015 con Seres malditos. El origen, la primera entrega de su saga homónima. Gran parte de su trayectoria profesional se desarrolló en Madrid, donde ejerció como profesora de Lengua Castellana y Literatura en secundaria y bachillerato, correctora literaria, escritora y editora en la ya desaparecida editorial Alma Negra Ediciones. En 2022 dejó tanto las aulas como su lugar de residencia --Ciempozuelos, su hogar de adopción-- y se trasladó a La Rioja. Allí combina la escritura con una vida más rural, la impartición de talleres de escritura creativa y la dirección de un club de lectura. Su nominación al Premio Nadal 2024 la consolida como una voz destacada en la narrativa contemporánea española. Entre sus obras más reconocidas se encuentran Los muertos sí hablan, Después de Dios y Los ojos de la muerte. Con Almuzara ha publicado Hermanas.
