@chad.mh 🗣 Stop skipping breakfast! Would you take your car on a road trip with an empty tank? Probably not. No matter what the excuse is, eat your breakfast and fuel your tank. Here’s a super easy meal prep recipe. - Start with preheating your oven to 350. While it’s heating up chop your sweet potatoes. - While the potatoes are baking start cooking the turkey sausage. Cook it like you would ground beef. Once it looks done let it simmer in the “oils” for about 5min then strain and rinse. Optional; add chopped onions but wait until after the meat has cooked and drained. - While potatoes cook and turkey sausage cools down cook the eggs. If you need to lower the fats of your meals use egg white. - Once everything is cooked divide it up into desired portions. Pro tip, let food completely cool down before putting lids on and storing. Select portions based on your personal macros. Also chose your foods based on your meal plan. What I’ve done is create a high protein and high fat meal with carbs on the lower end. Customize it for what will work well for you. 🤙
