A: All noosa yoghurts use the same cultures, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidus, and Lactobacillus casei.

A: noosa is not lactose free. Like other yoghurts, noosa is fermented with bacteria that breaks down lactose into lactic acid and varying flavor compounds. While there is a reduction in lactose during this fermentation, it is by no means complete and there is residual lactose in our product. While noosa does contain lactose, we do sometimes get comments from lactose intolerant individuals that they consume noosa with no issues, but this is something you would need to discuss with your doctor on an individual basis.

Great flavor and texture

It’s not too sweet, the flavors taste very natural, and it has great texture with the thick, creamy yogurt mixed with the crunchy toasted coconut and chocolate chips. I like that the toppings are packaged separately to maintain that crunch. I will definitely buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor on this is tart & gives a sour cream feel which is not my preference for yogurt. The whole milk base separated a bit even though it was far from expiration — it just did not smell, taste, or look very fresh. It’s a whopping 300 calories for someone looking for yogurt meal replacement but with the almonds, coconut, & chocolate chip i feel it’s a more desert type of yogurt which is why the intense tartness through me off completely. Lastly, the packaging did keep the toppings fresher. Overall, no thank you!

I bought this to try, I mixed it a little bit almost like a swirl, took a bite and was grossed out. Fully mixed it and took another bite.. wasn’t as bad as the first bite but still not good. I won’t purchase this one again. I got the small blueberry cups.. 4 pack.. I’m hoping that one’s good. This one threw me off after reading there’s cream cheese in it..
