Be very aware of this product. I bought it and I took it as prescribed and I got the worst stomachache I've ever had in my life. I passed out literally. Very scary!!!!

I wanted to like this and purchased it based on the great reviews..., but this fiber mix is so course and chunky and does not dissolve into liquid (vs metamucil fiber powder which did) so I couldn't even get it down as a shot. I kept gagging on the pieces. I also hated the weird taste it had- slightly reminded me of bubble gum. The texture plus bubble gum flavor = I almost threw up no matter what I tried to hide it in (smoothie, yogurt, etc.). Tried the tricks people suggested to no avail.

You need to use the rest room this is for you! Make sure you don’t do more then two scoops Do more if you are home and aren’t going out but that’s it lol

if I could give this product zero stars I would. please don't take this if you have a sensitive stomach. while it does help you go to the bathroom and keep you full it also gives these bad stomach pains and nausea. beware of this product as the effects last 6-8 hours.

I Love This product!! I’ve tried different types of flax brands and I don’t get the results that I get with this one. The taste is not great, but I use warm water and add a little bit of honey.
