This full size 12 cup Bundt(r) pan is made from cast aluminum that heats evenly for perfect cake texture and color. Sturdy cast aluminum provides superior baking performance. The pan is non-stick coated for easy release and clean-up. Bakes elegant, picture-perfect cakes with ease in a shape loved by millions. The pan can be used for many Bundt(r) recipes, pull-a-part bread, monkey bread as well as being a great jello mold. Use with a bakers non-stick spray (flour-based) to help release easily. We recommend that the pan be hand washed to help extend the life of the non-stick coating.

A: Hello, The Nordic Ware 12 Cup Bundt Pan Silver and the Nordic Ware Anniversary Bundt pans are the same qualify and both are Cast Aluminum construction. The difference is capacity. Q: Can this pan be used for a jello mold with easy release?

A: Hello, Yes you can definitely use your Bundt pan as a Jello Mold. Lightly spraying it with non-stick spray. Prepare Jello as directed. Nonstick coating is coming off after second use
First time I used this pan, the cake popped out like a dream. Hand washed it and put it away. The second time the cake did not pop out (yes, I buttered it and put flour) and I had to use a knife to loosen the sides. Cake came out, but now there’s scratches in the nonstick. I wasn’t digging in it at all! Now I have to worry about nonstick in my cake. Not the quality I have come to expect from Nordicware.

Over 3 months and 20+ cakes later I’m writing my review. This pan has paid for itself and I’m heading out for a second one for my daughter to keep up with her cake requests! It’s a nice weight, not flimsy. We hand wash in the sink easily and air dry on dish rack. Nothing fancy or special with care. We toss in the cabinet after it dries with the other cookware and there are no dents, dings, chips or knicks. My daughter needs another to keep up with her cake requests so we’re heading out today to get the same one. I have nothing bad to say about this pan. I’m actually gonna see if they have cookie sheets as well.
