This full size 12 cup Bundt(r) pan is made from cast aluminum that heats evenly for perfect cake texture and color. Sturdy cast aluminum provides superior baking performance. The pan is non-stick coated for easy release and clean-up. Bakes elegant, picture-perfect cakes with ease in a shape loved by millions. The pan can be used for many Bundt(r) recipes, pull-a-part bread, monkey bread as well as being a great jello mold. Use with a bakers non-stick spray (flour-based) to help release easily. We recommend that the pan be hand washed to help extend the life of the non-stick coating.

  • A: Hello, Yes you can definitely use your Bundt pan as a Jello Mold. Lightly spraying it with non-stick spray. Prepare Jello as directed.     Excellent quality. Do not need to grease/flour. Do not leave it soaking in the sink, wash as soon as possible to retain the quality. I bought mine when there was a coupon in the app so look for coupons or sales as this pan was a little on the $$ side, for me.

    Nonstick coating is coming off after second use

    First time I used this pan, the cake popped out like a dream. Hand washed it and put it away. The second time the cake did not pop out (yes, I buttered it and put flour) and I had to use a knife to loosen the sides. Cake came out, but now there’s scratches in the nonstick. I wasn’t digging in it at all! Now I have to worry about nonstick in my cake. Not the quality I have come to expect from Nordicware.
