Too small for regular box mix batter
I’ve been making angel food cake for many years. My old tried and true angel food pan finally needed to be replaced. Got this one and…yikes. It seemed too small but I was optimistic, glad I put a cookie sheet under. Definitely too small, made a mess. I need it so I don’t know if I’ll return it, but next time I’ll have to waste some of the batter or cook a portion in a 2nd dish of some kind.

Misleading size discription.
I’m wondering about the size of this baking pan. Its manufacture label shows as 18 cups. However, in the Target specs it shows as 16 cup capacity. Which can be a big difference as I develop a recipe to fill this (18 cup?) pan. It’s misleading.
