A: We are here to help. The inner diameter of the cake lid is 11” so the guest can put a cake that is no larger than 11” inside of this cake plate with lid. The outer dimensions of the lid is 11.25”. The height is 4” not including the knob. Enjoy!

Exactly what I was looking for! Disclaimer that this may not fit a super tall cake. But I make a lot of pound cakes/bundt cakes (standard 10 inch bundt tins) and they fit just perfectly in here with some room to spare. Looks just like glass without being too heavy to carry! Perfect for Sourdough Bread Storage, NOT for taller cake!
Okay, I originally bought this as a cover for a wooden cake stand I had, but it ended up not fitting and the height wasn’t as tall as I was hoping either. When I went to return, Target said to keep it or donate. I had on my counter and decided to throw my homemade sourdough loaf into it. It was pretty, but I had no idea that I had just found my absolute favorite new bread storage. I’ve tried various methods for storing my sourdough over the years; beeswax wrap, bread bag, ziplock…and this hands down keeps the loaf freshest the longest! I’m so impressed & grateful to have found for the price. That being said, I DON’T recommend as a cake stand, but highly recommend for sourdough loaf storage! 😄
