Q: What is the best oil or cooking spray to use to get baked goods out?

A: Hello Susie. You will want to look for a baking spray. These sprays have flour in them already so no additional flouring is necessary. It is best to avoid regular cooking sprays as they can cause a residue on your pan that will make cleanup difficult and cause any future cakes to stick. Nordic Ware Customer Experience
