Q: you saying not to spray and oil in the pans?

  • A: Hello, Spray oil is not recommended. You will want to look for a baking spray. These sprays have flour in them already so no additional flouring is necessary. It is best to avoid regular cooking sprays as they can cause a residue on your pan that will make cleanup difficult and cause any future cakes to stick. Q: Will a box cake mix fill this without waste?

  • A: Hello, This pan has a 6-cup capacity. Most box mixes and recipes produce approx 10–12 finished baking capacity, so they will fill the pan about twice. You can use any recipe you like in any size pan: Small recipes: Leave some cavities empty. Large recipes: Bake in batches as needed.
