My first bake with this pan was a rolled up pizza taking the shape of the pan. It was a success. The bread came out easily and needed just a couple of more minutes without the pan to get a nice browning finish.

This is the SWEETEST PAN for Bundt Cakes! I read a review here, where the woman used these smaller Bundt Pans to take the Widows in her church cakes. I LIKED that idea, & it works for others who need a little pick-me-up too! I took a couple of these little cakes to a sweet Amish Lady I know who is ill. The pan is SUPER EASY to clean & is GREAT QUALITY! I am VERY PLEASED with my purchase! I can't wait to find someone else to give a little cake to! Oh, my husband also liked them! YUM!

I have been making my Bundt cake in a large pan. This allows smaller cakes with a beautiful design. I have received so many compliments on the cakes I make with this pan. They also cook in less time. I will not go back to the larger pan. I love this pan!

I bought both the Quartet and the Duet pans to make Christmas cake gifts this year. They are awesome! I've used the full sized pans for many years and always have perfect results! Super easy clean-up, too! These are the "go to" forever baking pans! I will be adding some mini-sized pans to my collection, as well!

Perfect for having a special Grammy and three grands birthday party in May! Made each cake a different flavor (lemon blueberry, caramel apple pecan, coffee toffee walnut, and strawberry) and they came out yummy and very cute.

Banging on the counter until the cows come home & bundts still come out with air bubbles. I've used the recipe that comes with the pan. I've used box mix. I've used batter from scratch. I've used a cookie scooper to spoon it in the pan. I've used a ziploc bag to pipe it in the pan. I've spatula'd it into the pan as well. Each and every time I bang on the counter to get air bubbles out. My batter is always smooth & no tiny pockets of air yet the cake always comes out with air bubbles on top & sides. Extremely disappointed after a year of trying everything under the sun to get a picture perfect bundt out of this pan. I own the Elegant, Chiffon, & Fleur Bundt in the full size & they always come out picture perfect so not sure what to do.

I've used it twice and both times the carrot cakes have stuck despite oil then flour. What to do? The first time after, I used an oiled small spatula to go around edges and a metal skewer for the center snd only one was partially left in the pan.. The second time I tried leaving overnight and letting gravity do the work.. No change. So I used the first method with warmed spatula then oiled l and still one had some left in pan.

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We recommend prepping the pan with baking spray with flour in it, if you have access to that. If not, prep the pan with Crisco or softened butter using a pastry brush. Then dust the pan with flour or cocoa powder. Do not use cooking spray. Once the cake is done baking, cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack. You can loosen the edge of the cake using a silicone spatula. I love these mini bundt cake pans. The cakes are the perfect size for gifts or even if you want to make different flavor cakes in one baking. Also enables me to freeze them so that we don't have a full size bundt cake to eat while it is still fresh

I own several Nordic Ware Bundt pans, and this new one is fantastic. As always, the cakes fall right out after cooling slightly. The cakes are a great size to share and still have a little at home! Will be using this pan often!

Absolutely love the pan and it makes a perfectly sized compliment to the original Bundt Quartet that featured the Heart, Star, Roud Bavarian, and the original Bundt design. The exciting thing is with using this or both pans you can create 4 or 8 designs in less time than in several individual pans. The Bundt Quartet is ideal for bake sales.
