These are perfect sized cakes to give as gifts or to create single servings are parties. The design is gorgeous and the pan releases the baked cakes easily. Use baking spray with flour in it for easiest preperation.

Adorable pan. The capacity is only 3 cups, so if the recipe is meant to go into an 8x8 or 9x9 square pan or an 8 inch round, you'll only fit half into this pan, but it is lovely nonetheless and the tiny cakes are just so cute. I bought this pan on a whim but I find myself constantly finding excuses to use it. I love having it as part of my Nordic Ware pan collection.

The form is the usual high quality. The size is perfect for a impressive plate but also the right size for children or anyone who wants a smaller dessert. It cleans very easily, therefore a large recipe can make batches of these or the recipe can be sized to for 1 batch. I made coconut minis with lemon icing for a grill party. After the oohs and aahs, they were quickly snatched up.
