It is intended to be used on all stove tops including gas, electric and ceramic stovetops, as well as an outdoor gas grill. Q: Is this product only for induction cooktops?
A: Hello, The Nordic Ware Double Backsplash Griddle is an all aluminum pan. It will perform on Electric coil, Gas, and Electric flat top/glass/ceramic stove tops. It will not perform on an induction cooktop. Kind Regards, Nordic Ware Customer Experience Team
