This is perfect for Sunday breakfast! I have a five burner stove so I couldn’t put it straight in the back row so I used my two left burners and it fit perfectly! Also truly nonstick. I’ve made my whole breakfast on there without a problem and not much splattering from my bacon or sausage. My pancakes came out nice and fluffy!

Exactly what we needed!
This griddle is precisely what we needed. Our kitchen doesn’t have an abundance of extra counter space for an electric griddle, and we often felt the frustration of attempting to prepare lots of food in the limited space of a frying pan. This griddle takes a few minutes to heat up, but the heat distribution is impressively even, and the clean up is easy (the grease catch assists with that). Our favorite way to use this is for Saturday morning pancakes—we can significantly expedite the cooking process because this griddle allows us to cook up to eight pancakes at a time!

The best!
Love love love! Where has this been all my life? It’s just what I needed. Extremely well made, but not too heavy. Definitely sturdy enough to prevent warping. Worked well on my glass top stove. Heated like a dream. Makes the best pancakes!

Really nice
Awesome for making breakfast on. It made pancakes fun to cook, sausage, and ham. I absolutely love this. It's easy to clean, and use. Do not use in the dishwasher. Use gentle cookware on this to protect the no stick layer.

My favorite stovetop griddle
This is my favorite stovetop griddle. I have a gas stove and this fits perfectly over the center burner of my stove. There are a couple of great features besides the nonstick finish. The large well which catches the excess fat is a big plus when cooking breakfast meats. My favorite feature is the low side which enables you to get a spatula under your pancakes, eggs etc. My other griddles don’t have this feature and it’s always a challenge. This is a scratch able surface so it’s best to use a silicon spatula or tongs. It’s heavy duty and made to last.

This is a must have in the kitchen
We use this for breakfast mostly it's a huge live saver we do bacon , eggs , pancakes, and tortillas. It cooks everything so good and just so very convenient for clean up so not all these pans easy wipe off and done . This is such a awesome product I highly recommend it .

Big breakfast made easy
This thing made breakfast so easy definitely a must have! If you make big breakfast this is for you cook different items on it all at the same time! It even has a dip so it catches all the grease. Easy to clean and non stick..heavy duty griddle and good size fit on my stove perfectly and could be used on a flat stove or gas stove.

Actually perfect!
If you have been looking for a two burner griddle, look no further. You have found the one! It is durable, non stick coated, long and has a great weight to it. It is slightly sloped on one side so it drains to the front as you cook! The tall back sides help to reduce splatter, which reduces clean up. Yes, please! The tall sides also help me to slide my spatula under my food so I can get it on the spatula easier to flip. Can you tell I love this griddle? I highly recommend it!

Big and sturdy
I love how big this griddle is. It fits on top of my stove so nicely and cooks evenly. The nonstick is very effective and clean up was a breeze. The black splash is nice and helps keep the stove top clean. I also like how sturdy the griddle felt without being heavy. Definitely a winner.

The Nordic Ware 2 Burner Backsplash Griddle is heavy cast aluminum and it has raised sidewalls to help making flipping food easy my favorite part is that it has a reservoir to help collect any Type of liquid like grease. It’s also a great size for making pancakes or French toast for a crowd. It’s very versatile you can cook anything on it from eggs and bacon to vegetables and steak.
