Nordic Ware Basalt™ Dual Top Grill Griddle

Construction: Crafted from heavy-duty cast aluminum, the Nordic Ware Basalt Dual Top Grill Griddle delivers superior heat distribution for quick, even cooking and consistent browning across its entire surface. Built to meet the demands of professional-grade performance, this griddle reflects the Basalt line's commitment to durability and timeless design. The robust construction ensures reliable results whether you sear proteins, grill vegetables, or cook golden pancakes for the whole family.
Nonstick Performance: The advanced two-layer ceramic nonstick coating provides effortless food release, so delicate eggs, crispy bacon, and toasted sandwiches slide off with ease. Cleanup is just as simple; a quick hand wash with warm soapy water is all it takes to keep this griddle performing at its best. Hand wash is recommended to preserve the nonstick surface and maintain optimal release properties over time.
Design & Engineered: This generously sized rectangular grill griddle spans two burners, measuring 18.8 inches wide by 10.3 inches long, making it ideal for family-sized meals and entertaining. One side features a ridged grill surface for charred steaks, seared vegetables, and beautiful grill marks, while the smooth griddle side is perfect for frying eggs, browning pancakes, and crisping bacon. High sides help minimize splatter, and the sloped surface with an integrated drip well efficiently drains excess oil and grease for healthier cooking results.
Stovetop Compatibility: The Basalt Dual Top Grill Griddle is compatible with gas, electric, and ceramic stovetops, offering versatility for virtually any kitchen setup. It is also oven and grill safe up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, giving you the flexibility to finish dishes under the broiler or take your cooking outdoors.
Made to Last: This grill griddle is built for dependable, everyday performance. For best results, use low to medium heat, hand wash after each use, and choose silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to protect the nonstick surface. With its professional-grade construction, versatile dual-surface design, and easy care, the Basalt Dual Top Grill Griddle is a lasting investment for any home cook who values quality and performance.
