I got this pan specifically because I was feeling ready for fall and wanted to make apple cider donuts. It was perfect! Easy to fill and use and the donuts were very uniform and cooked evenly through. Easy to remove from the pan as well.

This pan is actually a bright silver color not the dark color you see here. (Unfortunately this site will not allow an upload of my pics.) Anyway, I love this pan, which borders on heavy duty, and so non stick that the donuts just slide right out. This is the first time I used this recipe from another brand, and the donuts came out cooked to perfection.

I don't like to fry much and I never eat donuts...very rarely. These were great Apple Cider Donuts. Not greasy also classic donut shape. Everyone loved the donuts. So happy I can make a healthier version for holidays and special occasions. You need more than 1 pan if you plan to make lots of donuts to save time. Highly recommended.
