Nice but can be hard to clean
I really like this pan and bought it specifically because it’s stainless steel and not coated. The size is great and the health benefits are worth it. That being said, foods do have tendency to stick quite stubbornly is not prepared properly. I’ve made egg bites several times and they do come out of the pan, but can leave a small amount of food that is hard to clean around the edges of the cups. Invest in a non abrasive scrubber!

not the typical “mini” size
I love this brand. I love that this is just aluminum without a nonstick coating. It is not the same dimensions as a normal "mini" muffin tin so it won't work with the regular mini papers . I'm sure it would be great if you greased them but it wasn't what I was looking for
