I don't like to fry much and I never eat donuts...very rarely. These were great Apple Cider Donuts. Not greasy also classic donut shape. Everyone loved the donuts. So happy I can make a healthier version for holidays and special occasions. You need more than 1 pan if you plan to make lots of donuts to save time. Highly recommended.
