Super unpleasant. A scam, do not buy from this seller. I tried to return the chairs and I had to keep them because they were charging me 36 euros for each chair they sent me.

The seller had no problem, he was very kind and attentive. The problem was with the shipping company, I had to go there to pick up the order because they had it half lost. According to the shipping company, they had tried to deliver it 3 times and that I was not there, but that is a lie, they did not even call me.

I was not able to send my photo and the video of the defective item despite many attempts. Can I come to bring one of the chairs to the store but there are a lot of people and you take care of returning this chair with the defective cushion and screws.
