This is a great addition to my window decorations for Christmas. It looks beautiful from the street- nice colors and flashing lights. It is made of lightweight plastic. There is a suction cup with a hook made of the same rubbery plastic from which you hang the light onto the window. Very easy to use and pleased with this purchase. Will buy another one again.
