Stiff and foamy

Not the soft velvet I had hoped for. More stiff and like firm foam- holds its shape stiffly. Might be what others are looking for but I wanted soft velvet with more flow rather than stiff.

I am using them to apply handmade felt appliqus. Some of the stockings have a few dark spots and one came not stitched properly. I will be able to cover the spot and fix the stitching. Color is nice, so they will work for what I need.
