They don’t work. My plants are dry the bulb is full of water. Also very hard to fill.

I purchased 2 one for each of my hanging baskets. In the past summers the baskets would dry out quickly. I was watering them twice a day and most of the water would drain out. I saw these and thought I would give them a try. I did not want to use a glass bulb, these are made of plastic. One bulb was easy to fill with water and keeps the pot moist. The second bulb had an issue with the neck and would not fill all the way. I took a long slender file, and filed the inside by the neck. It now works great. I have to fill up the bulbs daily unless it rains.
