Boswellia ?
I can't say anything bad about the product, nor can I say that I really notice any changes in the way I feel. I took this mainly because I have aches and pains from arthritis and heard this could help. I have been taking it for quite some time without noticing much change if any.

Not helping yet.
I've been taking NOW Foods Boswellia Extract for about a month. I read that Boswellia Extract helps with inflammation, and I hoped it would alleviate some of the pain of rheumatoid arthritis in my fingers. I haven't noticed any difference in the pain level yet. I bought two bottles so I'm going to keep taking it, hoping that maybe it just takes longer to start working.
