Look closely
The label above indicates (Standardized to Icariins). Icarins is what makes this effective. I bought this when the Swanson HGW Complex was unavailable. A closer look at the label shows it is Standardized to 3% Icariins, while the Swanson Complex is 10%. Swanson's is more effective and a better value.

Interesting!!
I initially tried the Swanson brand HGW with decent results. Then I tried the GNC store brand and it was useless. I decided to try the NOW brand due to their use of all natural/vegan composition as well multi- vitamins I use with good results. These are single daily dose pills, very effective, and slightly smaller than the others. I took an evening double dose to see if there was a difference and yes it was quite noticeable : ) Good stuff!

The Help I Needed
I have found this product very effective. I am a long distance runner . The training and stamina I need is supported by Goat Weed Extract. (wish they would change the name).It also has Maca, which makes it cost effective for me as well as only having to take one tablet. It makes me feel powerful during my workouts. Making them better. And don't worry, It does not cause any embarrassing moments for us guys.
