Great product
I purchased this and wound up allowing my son to try it for his bursts of breakouts on his face. It cleared in a week and he is now a daily user because he loves the product. I myself have used this for a year and it gives me a clear conscience on taking care of myself. No after taste or upset stomach. Probably a lifetime user now.

Easy to take
I wanted the benefits of apple cider vinegar but could not take the taste of vinegar straight. I tried a supplement from a competitor but it was a tablet and Not only could I taste it but it flavored everything in my pill container. These capsules were just the thing for me.

Great Quality
I love both this and the Swanson brand. Strange as it may sound, I like letting it dissolve in my mouth before meals and first thing in the morning. Almost crave it. Even though it's acidic, it leaves an alkali ash in the system. I've heard it's darn healthy for the system. Seems to help with digestion.

Good choice
I bought this because Swanson brand was out of stock. This is a happy substitute. It's actually stronger. I like to stay a little alkaline, so this serves that purpose well, and keeps hunger at bay, too.
