Always keep this on hand. When news of a cold, etc I take it for a few weeks. Seems to help me ward off nasty stuff.

I drink with tea as soon as I start to feel a hint of being unwell. I use with goldenseal and usually buy the two in one unless they are out of stock

Use with Respir-All. They are gluten free. Is very effective with no side effects.
