Good supplement
I've used them for quite a while. Help keep the mineral levels up with my heavy exercise. Especially helpful when doing EDTA chelation.

Excellent Product
This product doesn't have calcium carbonate that is derived from limestone in it. Our bodies cannot assimilate inorganic minerals, thus I'm happy with this product that I've been taking for several years.

A 'must have' supplemental
After discovering the necessity of a multi-mineral supplement, I basically chose this as my initial tryout due to its essential content and a decent price. In general, I experienced an uplifting boost in overall health and vitality, mood, and energy ! True story: when I ran out, I felt a definite degeneration on these same measures, and back to feeling better when I got more--a true test. Great product;will not be running out again, if I can prevent it...

full Spectrum Minerals is a good product and has the right mix of minerals without iron,i like that the daily recommended dosage is 4 times a day which allows me to take them with meals,i am very happy with this product,very good mix of minerals including boron,we do not get enough minerals with our foods and should take extra minerals to get the amount we should have,thanks Swansonvitamins

Fills in the Gaps
This is the best supplement I've found to fill in the nutritional gaps, just in case my diet doesn't quite cover all the bases. I'm a Nutritional Consultant and I recommend these to my clients as part of their daily supplemental intake along with a good Multiple Vitamin.
