Best ginger ever!
These crystallized ginger slices are the best quality I’ve ever found. Other ginger I’ve had before discovering this brand, was stringy and tough. These ginger slices are just the perfect combination of firm, yet tender, and they just melt in your mouth. That they’re organic, is a bonus. I can never eat anything else, since I’ve found these.

These ginger slices are fresh and tender, with just the right amount of ginger zing! And…organic, which is hard to find. I’m addicted. Unfortunately, they are not available in my area anymore, which makes me sad. I should have bought more while they were available.

Garlic slices
The garlic slices I ordered was NOW. I prefer the slices to the Swanson's squares of garlic I had last time I ordered. They appear more natural to me.

Crystallized Ginger-too much sugar
I know that the sugar is used for drying ginger and it is better than sulfer... But, does there have to be so much sugar coated on the outside. I have to rinse it in hot water before eating. That is not very convientient. I have had low sugar crystallized ginger in the past, without so much coating. It is much better.

I have bought this product before and really enjoyed it. I recently ordered many bags because I like it so well. In current order more than 75% of bags had wet spots on ginger and didn't smell right. If Now fixes problem, I would highly recommend product. But not until.

Slices are sooo tasty!
We have tried the crystallized ginger and the slices. Both are excellent but we find the texture and taste of the slices more to our liking for just munching. We eat a couple of them as a sweet treat instead of dessert. Very digestive, too.

Yummy treat
I've tried other ginger snacks but this one is my favorite. They are not too hot as some other brands have been. I like to eat a couple of discs after meals as a healthy dessert and to settle my tummy.
