Please remove the silicon dioxide from these. Other brands do not include it.

Good magnesium
I normally take Natures Way Magnesium but because they were out of stock I ordered this one instead. I normally like my citrate magnesium mixed with other magnesium and they did not have the one I wanted so I ordered this one. .This one was a little harsh for me so I decided not to take it.. If you are the kind of person who is used to taking citrate then you could try this one because this is a good quality vitamin. I have taken used this vitamin in the past and it was of very good quality. Also I buy a lot of products from Now food and their products are of high quality.

Capsules are really large
Not only are the capsules really large, but one dose requires you to swallow 3 capsules. Not good if swallowing large capsules is not your thing. Also, one or more of the capsules must have broken between packaging and getting to my house because the capsules are covered with a powdery substance that I would assume is Magnesium. I would rather take a smaller pill in caplet form or just take liquid magnesium. I will not be purchasing again.
