[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using NOW Foods' Organic Liquid Monk Fruit, and those I cook for enjoyed it a lot as well. I used the sweetener in recipes, baking, and as a table sweetener, and the flavors out worked well in each situation. It really doesn't have an off-putting or artificial-tasting aftertaste to it like some other substitute sweeteners, which is great. The dropper design is quite nice, since it's much more compact than many other packages of sweetener, and it allows for fine control. I will say though, that it would be nice to have a bit more guidance for the amount of sweetener needed, since at first, recipes turned out not quite as sweet as, or sweeter than expected, or the sweetness was not distributed evenly through the food. Something like an amount of sweetener comparable to a certain amount of sugar, or even a recommended amount of sweetener per weight of food, would be tremendously useful even at a first pass at helping substitute for sugar in recipes. But all in all, I am quite impressed by this product and can't wait to keep using it!

There weren't any instructions on the bottle (which would have been helpful) for how much you need for various uses, but a little googling helped. This would be great in some recipes to swap for other sweetners (esp. as my MIL is diabetic).

Sweetener drops like this product are a perfect way to make these beverages more palatable. I really enjoy this product because it adds flavor without the calories. I will buy it again!

I try to use sparingly because of all the arguments out there on if these sweeteners are good or not for us! But with everything moderation! And I believe monk fruit may be the better one for us?
