Easy to make, just like any tea I let it steep for a bit to get the full flavors. The chai & cinnamon taste is warm and cozy and I enjoy drinking it before bed knowing My sleep will not be interrupted … another great note about this company, is they give back to communities!!! Love that.

The thing I noticed unfortunately the tea bag was straining enough of the leaves and alot of remnants of the tea and the taste wasn’t so robust as I wanted. It definitely helped feel relaxed.
